Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders.
Processing and delivery time
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Different items in one order can arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and busy periods can add time.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can also see all your orders and their tracking links at any time under My Orders on our website (pethous.com/account) using the email address you ordered with.
Late or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of being placed, email us at info@pethous.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout, but we will always try to help.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please see our Refund policy and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
